Residential care home software that keeps the whole operation together.
CareReady connects resident records, medication logs, recurring care tasks, caregiver activity, and PDF reports in one home-based workspace.
The next shift is in view.
What is residential care home software?
Residential care home software is a documentation system for small care settings that need organized resident records, staff accountability, medication administration logs, care task tracking, and reports for reviews or inspections.
Resident profiles with notes, photos, emergency contacts, medications, and daily tasks
Caregiver workflows for mobile medication and care logging
Owner views for staff access, subscriptions, recent activity, and reports
PDF exports for reviewing care and medication activity
CareReady is built for small residential care homes, adult foster homes, adult family homes, and similar licensed settings that need practical documentation without heavyweight enterprise software.
Questions before you start.
Clear answers about fit, billing, multi-home access, and the current beta.
Is CareReady a replacement for my EHR?
No. CareReady focuses on practical daily documentation, caregiver activity, medication logs, and inspection-oriented reporting for residential care homes.
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan in the owner dashboard and complete Stripe checkout. CareReady starts the configured trial period before regular billing begins.
Can one owner manage more than one home?
Yes. Multi-home owner access is available on Pro Operator. Each home managed by a multi-home owner should be on Pro and is billed separately.
Is CareReady HIPAA-ready today?
CareReady is preparing for stricter compliance needs, but the current beta should not be treated as a final HIPAA production environment until that upgrade is complete.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Billing is handled through Stripe checkout and the billing portal, and subscription status appears in both owner and global-admin views.
Put the home and team in one place.
Start with the home, add the team, and build the daily documentation workflow from there.
